2. Hosting and access data

Our website is provided by carefully selected technical service providers. When you visit, technically necessary access data, including your IP address, time, requested page, and device and browser information, is processed to deliver the site securely and reliably. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Reservation requests

When you submit a reservation request, we process your name, email address, phone number, date, time, party size, seating preference and any optional information. The data is stored in protected systems, shared only with the JOI team to handle the request, and deleted or anonymised 90 days after the reservation date unless statutory retention obligations apply. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Reservations are reviewed personally and are not automatically confirmed.

When we send an email acknowledgement, we use a carefully selected communications service provider. Any subsequent confirmation or follow-up is handled personally by JOI.

4. Maps, content and images

A map service is embedded on the Home page and may process technically necessary data, including your IP address, when it loads. It is used solely to display our location. Technically necessary connection data may also be processed when website content and images are requested.

5. No analytics or marketing cookies

We currently do not use analytics, marketing or newsletter tools on this public website. Technically necessary cookies may be used only in the protected administration area.

6. Recipients and international transfers

To provide the website, we use carefully selected technical, hosting, communications and map service providers. Depending on the service, data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are based on appropriate safeguards, in particular the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your data, to data portability, and to object to processing.
